4/13: Burnout Buffering

$65.00

It feels like we are all experiencing Burnout, but do we truly know why and what to do about it? Burnout Buffering is a 90 min workshop dedicated to understanding, changing our relationship with, and ultimately overcoming Burnout.

First we examine and define burnout in the context of Flow State, then we interrogate our relationship with Burnout and the situations fueling that feeling. Lastly we learn how to increase our own capacity to deal with stressful situations through active recovery

AGENDA

1:30-1:45pm Intros & Intentions

Who are we and why are we here

1:145 - 2pm Flow State & Burnout

Learning about Flow State, how to ignite it, what blocks it - including Burnout.  Learning the 9 factors of Burnout, going deeper than fatigue and workload

2 - 2:30pm Psychology & Physiology

Now that we understand Burnout, how do we get out of it? This part of the workshop is about how to increase capacity in your body & mind. We’ll also examine the 3 elements you can seek to change in a Burnout situation - you, the circumstance, and your relationship with the circumstance

2:30 - 245pm Reflection & Commitment

Given what you’ve learned, what are you going to change and what are the stakes if you don’t keep that commitment to yourself?
