4/13: Burnout Buffering
It feels like we are all experiencing Burnout, but do we truly know why and what to do about it? Burnout Buffering is a 90 min workshop dedicated to understanding, changing our relationship with, and ultimately overcoming Burnout.
First we examine and define burnout in the context of Flow State, then we interrogate our relationship with Burnout and the situations fueling that feeling. Lastly we learn how to increase our own capacity to deal with stressful situations through active recovery
