Space rental includes: coffee+tea station, access to mini-fridge, 4 solid wood tables, 18 white wood folding chairs, private restroom, 2 hours free parking, wifi, 42” flat screen TV, bluetooth speakers, optional patio space (not-private) and eco-friendly disposable party wares.
