2/8: Overcoming Asking Permission Panel w/ Kim O'Hara

Permission to Change Your Story and Reclaim Your Power

Join Self-Help Author/Columnist and Book Coach Kim O’Hara as she leads a panel discussion of four women who have given themselves permission to step into new truths in their lives professionally and personally.

Following your heart when it comes to taking risks, both financial and logistical, can be hard for women because we have been taught to take everyone else’s needs into consideration. We are pressured to do “it all right” along the way, and not make any mistakes. This gripping hold of failure can limit our beliefs in our self and our capabilities to not only make our dreams happen, but to do it in a way that is unapologetic.

These Permission talks are intimate and personal.

Please join us if you are wanting to go deeper with a small group of women in a safe sharing space. You don’t need to do homework or have a plan when you arrive. Sink into the space and let the magic of women sharing and caring have its effect.

Kim O’Hara has run a successful book coaching business for over a decade, after retiring from the movie business. She has survived recovery from sexual abuse trauma, and wrote about it in her book No Longer Denying Sexual Abuse: Making The Choices That Can Change Your Life. With her current expert author platform on Permission, she holds panels that bring women together to reclaim their power in their purpose and to feel like they have the right to go for any objectives, even if they feel out of the box. She can be found on IG @kimoharacoach and she welcomes open heartedly subscribers to her weekly Substack igiveyoupermission.substack.com
