Before + After: Closet and Dressing Room Makeover

Revamp Style through Closet & Dressing Room Organization

From your laundry to your closet and wardrobe, sometimes your style just needs a little revamp and organization!

Our client wanted help organizing her dressing room and closet area. Her walk-in closet only had one shelf and no additional storage. In the main dressing room closet, we decluttered the vanity and clothing, we removed existing closet infrastructure, the client then painted, and we finished it off by installing all new shelving and rods, as well as a wall of shelves to store shoes and handbags.

The client also was using her office closet to store out of season coats and luggage. We helped to organize this area so that her office supplies were more easily accessible in drawers that she already owned by sorting everything by category and adding labels.

As for the laundry area, she wanted it to look more presentable, as guests would walk through this space to get to the backyard. We built a wood box and floating shelf for the laundry area, making it look more polished and pretty, as well as providing the extra storage with the shelf above.

Project Breakdown:

  • Products: $390 (lumber and brackets to build shelving)

  • 2 Organizers for 6 Hours

  • 1 Handyman for 7 Hours
