…with Lynell Weiss
Licensed psychotherapist and registered art therapist, Lynell Weiss, has dedicated her career to helping individuals heal and thrive.
In their words…
With an intimate understanding of the connections between the mind, body, and spirit, Lynell creates a safe and nurturing space for her clients to explore their emotions, beliefs and patterns. After completing her masters degree in psychology. Lynell pursued specialized training in art therapy, recognizing the profound impact that creative expression can have on the therapeutic process.
Combining her education in psychology and art, she developed a unique approach that integrates traditional talk therapy with various art and mindfulness modalities, allowing clients to tap into their subconscious and express themselves in ways that words alone cannot capture.
Lynell specializes in working with individuals struggling with anxiety, life transitions, and self-esteem issues, as well as individuals who are curious about cultivating a deeper sense of emotional and psychological balance in their lives. Through a collaborative and holistic approach, Lynell helps her clients develop self-awareness, resilience, and a renewed sense of self. Lynell runs her own private practice and facilitates groups, workshops, and monthly moon circles, all in the Los Angeles Area.
Each week, we sit with business leaders, wellness coaches, and community connections, to chat about the idea of Composed Living, what it means to each of us, and what we’re doing to create it. Our conversations are unstructured, sometimes off-topic, but always authentic and engaging.
Throughout the season, we also have mini-episodes where Elsa will share her favorite organizational tips and tricks, answer listener questions, and provide updates on the growth of our business (non-profit and our Composed Living retail shop and HQ in Woodland Hills, Los Angeles).
