As always, we recommend starting by decluttering this space. When you have your items pared down to what you are keeping, then take inventory and see if you may need to buy something to help keep it all organized! 

Baskets are our go to organizing solution for kids spaces. They make it easy to clean up while still providing containment for each category. When choosing baskets for your little ones, be sure to choose materials that are soft, sturdy, and non-breakable. Fabric or woven baskets are a great option, or a heavy duty acrylic. Stay away from wood with sharp edges or glass. Is your little one not yet reading? Try labeling their space with photos or drawings of what’s inside - this helps them to learn the categories and makes cleaning up a little more fun!
